Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies the ReproNest website uses, why we use them, and the choices you have.
Last Updated: November 2026
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device when you visit it. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and tracking pixels, work in a comparable way. They help a website remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use its pages.
This Cookie Policy applies to repronest.com, operated by ReproNest (Medwize Global Services) ("ReproNest", "we", "our" or "us"), and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Types of Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
Strictly Necessary
- • Keeping students and staff signed in to the Student Portal and admin area
- • Security and protection against misuse of our forms
- • Delivering pages reliably through our hosting provider
Analytics
- • Counting visits and traffic sources
- • Understanding which pages and courses visitors view
- • Improving site speed and content
Advertising
- • Measuring enquiries that come from our ads
- • Showing course notices to previous visitors (remarketing)
- • Limiting how often you see the same ad
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by trusted third-party services that we use on this website:
- Google Tag Manager: loads our analytics and advertising tags. Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data, but the tags it loads may set cookies.
- Google Analytics: helps us understand how visitors use the website, using aggregated statistics.
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram): conversion tracking and remarketing, used to measure our advertising and to show course information to people who have visited our website.
- Google Firebase: our secure cloud platform, which stores sign-in information in your browser when you log in to the Student Portal.
- Embedded content: pages that show maps, videos or WhatsApp links may let those providers set their own cookies.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not control the cookies they set.
Why We Use Cookies
What We Do Not Do
We do not use cookies to collect health information.
ReproNest is an education and training provider. Our cookies are not used to collect or infer patient health conditions or other sensitive personal data, and we do not sell information gathered through cookies.
How to Control or Delete Cookies
You can choose how cookies are used on your device:
- Browser settings: most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies. Look for "Cookies" or "Site data" in the privacy settings of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
- Google advertising: turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta advertising: manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
If you block strictly necessary cookies or browser storage, the Student Portal may not keep you signed in and some features may not work correctly. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies does not affect your ability to browse the website or submit an enquiry.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools on our website or when the law changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
