These Terms & Conditions govern your use of repronest.com and the training services offered by ReproNest (Medwize Global Services) ("ReproNest", "we", "our" or "us").

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a brochure or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Participants remain responsible for meeting the qualification, registration and legal requirements that apply to their own practice, including those under the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021, the ART Rules, 2022 and the PCPNDT Act, 1994.

• Programme fees, payment schedules and any applicable taxes are communicated in writing by our admissions team before enrolment.
• The cancellation, deferral and refund terms for each programme are set out in your admission confirmation. Those terms apply to your enrolment.
• If ReproNest cancels a batch, you may transfer to another batch or request a refund of fees paid for that batch.
• Fees do not include travel, accommodation or personal expenses unless your admission confirmation states otherwise.

During training, participants must:

• Follow the instructions of faculty and the safety, hygiene and laboratory protocols of the training facility.
• Keep all patient information they may come across strictly confidential, and never photograph or record patients, records or procedures without written permission.
• Treat faculty, staff, patients and fellow participants with respect.
• Never take part in, or request, any activity prohibited by law, including sex selection.

Hands-on exposure depends on the training material, simulators and cases available, and on patient consent where applicable. We do not guarantee a specific number of live cases or procedures. We may suspend or remove a participant whose conduct breaches these terms.

• Portal accounts are personal. Keep your login details secure and do not share them.
• Documents you upload must be genuine and belong to you. Submitting false documents may lead to cancellation of admission or certificate.
• Study material shared through the portal is for your personal learning only and may not be copied, shared or resold.
• We may revoke a certificate issued on the basis of false information. The online verification page will then show it as revoked.

All text, course material, graphics, logos and articles on this website belong to ReproNest or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

Our website may link to third-party websites, such as maps, social media or regulatory bodies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, ReproNest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
